"This team has been my provider for some time and they are always responsive, kind and considerate, and professional. I've been able to have them email me proof of insurance when i was still rattled from an accident, and they're always transparent about billing and are willing to work with you if need be. Always grateful to have a wonderful insurance provider. Updated: I had left state farm due to costs coming up, but they actually called me and got me a quote and their rates are down, and they offer better services compared to other insurance companies I have looked at and compared to over the last year or so. Definitely glad to be back with the team that handles business well and treats their customers well, too!"
